Ffion Davies
Elite Technique & Mindful Teaching.
Ffion Davies is one of the most accomplished and respected athletes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu today. A black belt under Darragh O’Conaill, she made history as the first British ADCC World Champion in 2022 and has since become a multiple-time IBJJF World and European Champion in both gi and no-gi competition.
Known for her relentless pressure, technical precision, and fearless mindset, Ffion embodies the perfect blend of power and grace on the mats. Off the mats, she’s an engaging instructor and passionate ambassador for the sport, inspiring a global community of practitioners through her teaching, mentorship, and authenticity.
